So what will LCN 26 be? Im thinking ITV will do their best to grab this slot for ITV Be eventually, but will move a squat channel to it in the mean time.

LCN26 has today become ITV4+1 (which I realise isn't a real channel, just an LCN placeholder). ITV's +1 channels are now in the following, highly logical order:

ITV 4+1 has very few hours and during the night, so like kasg says its not a real channel.
ITV will be using ITV 4+1 for ITV Be when it launches and might use ITV 3+1 as ITV Be+1 who knows?
Anyway imagine that ITV 4+1 is ITV Be and then see that leaving it alone is in ITVs best interest!

freesat will have all of those anyway once ITV Be launches, freeview doesnt have the space (or ITV cant buy it off other broadcasters (too expensive)), for all the +1s.
