CBS have cancelled Hostages,Bad Teacher,The Crazy Ones,Intelligence and Friends With Better Lives.

I have seen all of S1 Hostages, it was rubbish with a ghoulish looking lead actress; I saw one or two Intelligence eps, it was OK but forecast to be cancelled so we abandoned it and I never got around to watching it alone. I saw the first episode of Crazy Ones, I think Tan watched more of them.

I was watching ESC on delay and lost it when my Humax started recording 2 other channels so I missed all after the Hungarian song. Saw the interval stuff and voting.

My laptop has stopped reading USB ports and the SD card * slot automatically, have you any idea what could cause it? I did a Spybot scan, no nasties found.
* wants to reformat the card when I want to save pictures.

Did Molly have a problem with her voice? I saw a report that she had hence placing.

I've had a similar issue before with a usb keyboard not being picked up at all,when it was working the day before.
I deleted the usb drivers from within the hardware manager and rebooted the PC.
Windows then saw the usb ports and automatically reinstalled drivers,which fixed my problem.
It's odd that the SD card reader is trying to format the card all the time.
Have you reformatted the card? they can sometime get corrupted and need a reformat.

Thanks FK, I thought it was SBBA who had non recognition of a keyboard. I will try deleting all the drivers if I can find them.

The SD card thing is odd, it reads it eventually when it sees the USB port with a card reader attached but no longer in the SD card slot.

I will have to do the drivers tomorrow, I am using a mouse with USB connection.

I found Device Manager, searched for a driver update for the SD, I have the best driver apparently...

If the drivers have got corrupted,windows is probably just looking at the revision number and trying to find anything newer than that.

Are these two seprarate issues that have happened at different times or did they both start playing up today?

Today's problem was not connecting to the router even when I entered the correct password! Restarting sorted that.

Reading the card problem started about a week ago, then I noticed the USB problem for my MP3 and the card reader, but mouse and headphones work fine. I tried MP3 in the headphones usual port and eventually it saw it but it took a few attempts.

I think your advice to get rid of all USB drivers and let it find new is the best option.

I thought vocally she sounded fine but the performance was quite flat overall. It just didn't 'click' for whatever reason.

I was not impressed when I heard her on Norton last week, song nothing special and she lacked charisma. She did better than Bonnie Tyler, partly because there were no voting blocs.

The song just lost the spark when it needed it the most. I think they needed to give some choreography, if not to Molly then to the backing singers just to give some depth to the performance.

Unfortunately I missed her performance, I will look at it on YouTube or the BBC site, I managed to miss it again during the recap before the voting.

Still unimpressed, it is not a ballad or a fast rock style, it reminds me of songs in English entered by small countries like Malta.

After watching her 3 times, she definitely lacks charisma, hard faced in contrast to the lyrics. One demented drummer and 4 backing singers in the shadows, as you said, choreographer needed.

They had just moved The Graham Norton Show performance onto the big stage. It was never going to work as a performance without something to make it stand out. The song had promise but was let down by everything else.

I better get some sleep. Night.
