Happy new year everyone.

I would sooner have the company of a two year old than any of Chantelle's exes.

Arrrrgh, I hadn't realised it was such a long walk.....
Thanks very much for the kind wishes and thanks, JoJo, for the offer of shopping but I am fine at the moment. Thanks also to Honey for being so supportive.!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO LURKERS ONE AND ALL!!!”
I think they have some sort of daft insurance policy involving wheelchairs and getting you off the premises safely.
I have had a row about carrying each of the children out of the hospital myself rather than letting some strange and possibly germy and scabby nurse who I have never seen before do it.
They said they "must" because of the insurance.

(they didnt)

It can be disorientating and retired people often go downhill quickly because of it. It might be best to make specific plans for the days when you would have been at work and stick to them.

The difference is huge to me. Does it depend on your computer screen?

Unfortunately, if she wants guarding, forget it. Wolfhounds have the sense of wallpaper and the desire for fuss from anyone, including armed burglars
Almost there, Hicky
This post in memory of Becky, June 2001 -summer 2014, a very old lovely useless smelly much missed Wolfhound
nearly forgot through the soppy tears

I'm sorry you lost yours, Dave. Theres no pain like it, is there?

I dont think you want an actually fierce dog anymore because if they bite the burglers you get prosecuted, just a large deterrent. Any dog would do, but wolfhounds are especially gentle with small children and generally lovely.

A chilly, cloudy rather miserable day here.
The TV programs were pretty disappointing i thought, this year.
All i saw was repeats every day.
Good Morning Eddy.:+)))))))))))))))
Hope you have a good weekend, although weather doesn't look too good.”
Everything I wanted to see was all on at the same time. I enjoyed the Carson bits of Downton Abbey though.
