hi all,
im just curious as to if it is possible to watch another iptv service using a now tv box.
i know that some iptv boxs can be set up to recieve a service of your choice but these a pricey.
the service i was looking to recieve is that of Amigo TV as i am after latvian tv.
amigo do sell a iptv box of there own but i cant afford their price and was looking to see if i could do this but cheaper.

any help i would appreciate

It is possible to sideload apps to the Now TV, but this requires two things.

a: An app (or channel as they call it) where the file itself can be downloaded to a computer and then transferred across, and this generally requires someone or the original organization to provide it.

b: And the Roku app (channel) has to actually exist, which usually means that the Roku has to be sold in the country where the app originates. This is why there are plenty of American and British apps, as Roku is sold in the US and UK, but there are not apps for any of the official services from countries where Roku is not sold.

There may be a Roku app for Latvian expats in the US or UK, but I don't know about it. Still, if it does exist, you could ask them to provide the file, and then there are instructions on how to sideload it to be found on the Internet.
