Kate Bush has some amazing longer tracks, such as Nocturn, Aerial, Snowflake, Lake Tahoe, Misty, and Wild Man.

I love a song called Across the Wide Ocean by June Tabor which is a gorgeous sprawling epic.

Going way back, the full version of Inna Gadda da Vida by Iron Butterfly is class.
