Hi

I was looking at getting the Sony 40" W905a but that has gone but John Lewis still have the 46" version selling for less than they were selling the 40"
http://www.johnlewis.com/sony-bravia...lasses/p469257

Anyone know if there will be a 2014 model equivalent worth waiting for, or would this be better, from the reviews I have read it is a top rated Model and some comments says it is better than the currently released 2014 models.

Knowing my luck if I wait for the 2014 model it will suck compared to the w905a, if I buy the w905a the 2014 model will be 10x better and cheaper

If I remember correctly the 2014 models are out in June.

thanks

It's really pretty 'pot luck' if newer models are better or worse - as you can get last years 46 at a bargain price it could be worth it?.

Selling the 46" at the same price as the 40"? No brainer for me that, 6" is ALOT of extra screen. If you get a 40" you'd wish you got the 46" anyway.......

From what i've read from this review, it seems the 2014 model has taken a step back in terms of picture quality compared to last years KDL-**905 tv.

That Sony 2013 model in the OP look very good. I went to see it in JL yesterday and it looked the biz. My Humax Foxsat T2 just suddenly stopped working yesterday so in a round-about way it's time for a new TV!
