I'm not technical at all, so plain simple English please

All my BT Channels have disappeared from the EPG. Goes from 302 to 700 now.

I don't subscribe to the 400's, but the 500s(BT Sport 1 and 2, and ESPN plus HD versions) have gone!

Were there couple days ago last time I looked.
Any ideas how to get them back?

Thanks.

Had ecactly same probem this morning lost all bt internet channels and bt demand only way i got it back was to perform a factory reset and then go into maintance mode details here of this http://videos.youview.com/support/maintenance_mode.pdf

what had happened was an update had gone out and had erased my isp from the system settings on box.

more info on what happened here on bt forum https://community.bt.com/t5/YouView-...e/td-p/1259131

Thank you. Fixed now. Seems a big cock-up by BT then!

Copy of post in that forum thread on how to fix (incase anybody else comes here with the problem):
...just press the Youview button on your remote, then scroll to Settings - Device Management - Software Update - Get Update. If your box was affected it will download a small update and then restart and your channels will be back...

Reset not needed. Just do a Software Update check.

Just spent 10 mins on the restarting screen, switched of and doing a factory reset. Hopefully this will fix my box, that has other issues. I really do hate having to go through the guide and hiding over 100 channels
