How long will flapjack keep?
I'm wanting to cook up a batch of flapjacks (as much as possible) as a go-to sweet snack, but I'm not sure how well it keeps. Is it one of those 'cakes' like a Christmas pudding, that will keep almost indefinitely, or would it go off after a while? Anyone have any experience or expertise with this?

IMO its best to make it in smallish batches enough for maybe a week at a time and use it as you go although you can freeze flapjacks but it can make them more crumbly sometimes which isn't good if you need to transport it anywhere like in a lunchbox for work. |

Oh, I was thinking more like a few months. My freezer's about full anyway. I suppose I can make enough for a few dozen and see how they go.
