Cake practice
I really want to practice making large cakes, to improve various techniques.
I have the ingredients, but with no-one to make them for, it just seems a waste of time. I have no brothers or sisters I could make them for, and neither has my wife. I have made Birthday cakes for a couple of members of my Karate club, including my instructor. Does anyone else have the same 'problem' ? |

I have no experience in this, but if I was doing this, I would ask a café to stock my cakes on a sale or return basis.

I think the boss should let her customers decide whose cakes they prefer
