I'm not surprised in the slightest at this.As much as I've wanted to, I cannot warm to the character. I wish the best of luck to Krissi in whatever she does next; I wonder if she'll leave the Street because she cannot see eye-to-eye with Andrea and Lloyd takes Andrea's side? |

Its a real shame as she is not a bad actress. She and "Mand" were brought in - kept on as permanent characters as usual but they didnt know what to do with them. She could have been receptionist at the gym, she is young and fit and has medical knowledge but they prefer to employ 90 year old batty Gail who likes to snoop and gossip about people like she did in the GPs surgery. Yeah you know it makes sense.

Oh well, at least she can leave with her head held high, safe in the knowledge she helped create one of soap's most iconic, endearing and forbidden love stories - you know last year like, during that week her and Sofa were madly in love and nothing whatsoever could ever come between them.
If that wasn't 'the real thing' then I'll be jiggered as to what is. Sofa for one will never forget old whatshername. |

Jenna will leave The Street after a series of explosive storylines involving mixing up the orders at Roy's Rolls.

I still can't get over what an absolutely ridiculous and implausible storyline that was Jenna losing her job in physiotherapy to move to the street and work in Roys Rolls with her teenage girlfriend. Just weird

I won't be sorry to see her go, not one of the best characters the street have had.
Couldn't stand her with Sophie, she seemed far too mature against the childishness of Sophie. That was a big casting mistake as far as I'm concerned. |

If she hadn't dumped lovely Sofa, we long-suffering viewers would never have been lumbered with the godawful Maddeh, so I have no sympathy. Bet she's kicking herself now.

Was it ever actually confirmed whether she was Lloyds mother or his sister?

No real surprise, as a viewer of CS and EE at the moment, Corrie seem to be particularly good at leaving characters with nothing to do for MONTHS at a time. Eastenders was very guilty of this for a while but seem to have become much better at weaving otherwise "peripheral" characters into particular stories.
Real life doesn't follow neat story arcs, and neither should soap land. Jenna is a lost opportunity in my book. |

I liked Jenna.
Why is Stuart Blackburn axing so many females? |

Why not axe Mary or Julie? What point have they in this soap? Can't stand either of them

Ahh, here's comes the race card.
As predictable these days as a hangover on a Sunday morning. There was Dennis Tanner, Katie Armstrong, Siaaaaaan and Karl from Corrie, along with ED's Wretchel, HotJerseyBoy and Viv and don't even get me started on EE - Poppy, Kirsty, Jake, Lucy etc.Oh wait.............

Julie yes but Mary no - she's hillarious!
![]() Julie is the same, dippy as anything and ridiculously cliche, she needs axing also. |

No surprise, but a shame anyway. I really think the character had so much potential, and the actor was pretty good (the likes of Lloyd made her look like a Hollywood superstar).
