We bought a £200 Lenovo tablet in December, and in April the charge stopped working, so it was sent off to be repaired... this was over a month ago.
I had a phonecall about 3 weeks ago from someone from Medion saying that they were very sorry it's gone over the 10 day limit but they were still waiting for parts and if it wasn't resolved in a couple of days they would send out a new tablet.
No one called back to my husband rang them, and we were told "Someone will call you back within 48 hours", we're still waiting for that call!
He's rung them every few days chasing it up only to be told the same "Someone will ring you back within 48 hours", getting very fed up I rang them myself last Thursday and was told the same, I told the bloke we'd been fobbed off with that for weeks and he told me we were still down for a call and it will be over the weekend when someone calls us to tell us what's happening,... that call never came, again
I just feel at a loss, ringing Medion you just get through to a call centre who cannot tell you anything, and the people who can tell you something don't ring back when they should.
I'm not sure if i'm looking for advice or just ranting (or both!) but has anyone else experienced anything like this, and any ideas how to resolve it?
It just feels like we're never getting this thing back!
