Watched an episode (I think yesterday) and in every scene they were in, they were either touching each other or snogging each others face off. I think that is inappropriate to be shown especially as children might be watching.

Well I did think Todd was really good looking but now you've brought to my attention that he looks like a toad I'm not so sure! Lol

Why is it, not inappropriate when a straight couple are doing it onscreen, we get subjected to Tina and Peter in the sack but when its a gay couple 'it's a problem' I don't even like Todd and Marcus but surely kids seeing a gay couple being affectionate is a good thing as it normalize the stigma towards gays on screen, it only when people have a problem with it that children pick up on it.

Oh? Why? Children can see straight couples kissing any and every day of the week so what's the big difference when it's a same sex couple?
Get a grip, love, it's 2014 - most kids will know gay people because they're in their families as brothers, uncles, aunts, sisters, mums and dads.

It is pretty true that the only scenes we see Todd and Marcus in are the ones where they're all over each other, usually when Maria's nearby to get a psycho reaction.
It's cringey to watch because Todd is very creepy and OTT about it and Marcus just skips along beside him like a little puppy and does the odd "disapproving look" and a "Stop it Todd" when Todd is goading Maria... For the level of PDA they show on screen, the relationship has about as much depth as a Bettys Hot Pot, its all very high school. Have to say though, I love to hate Todd

Ignoring the homophobic OP, what I loathe is the total personality transplant we've seen in caring Marcus as he now doesn't give a damn about Maria's feelings and is quite happy to rub her nose in his betrayal. Character totally ruined.

Nah the Narnia storyline wouldn't work since they wouldn't be allowed to leave the street.... But Todd is controlling and manipulative, he deliberately set out to split Maria and Marcus up, most likely because he gets a kick out of it. He had no respect for Marcus and Marias relationship, and how strong are his feelings for Marcus really? It all just looks like one big game to Todd, he acts like he enjoys pissing Maria off more than he enjoys the actual relationship!! I don't understand how Marcus can't see straight through him, it's not about their sexualities at all, its about Todd being a homewrecker and Marcus being unusually stupid for his character! When they're all over each other it just seems like one big show Todd is putting on , and Marcus goes along with it.

So many seem to be having problems with the story line. Todd is showing off that he has won the prize of Marcus and by kissing and hugging Marcus in view of everyone and particularly Maria he is saying Ha Ha

I am gay, and my mother, who is a devout Jehovahs Witness, says I shouldn't be around children because homosexuality means that I would touch little children.
