1. Alex - He just seemed out of his depth from the production to selling and it showed. It would have been close to Dan as he was nearly as bad but I think Alex was weakest link.

2. Laura- very indecisive and couldn't manage the people at all.

3. Sandeesh - Shibby made a lot of errors but Sandeesh seemed weak and unwilling to put herself forward. Shibby sold the most as well.

4. Melissa - Between her and Stuart, Melissa was just so full of hot air and couldn't sell like she said she could.

5. Alex- He seemed to be a bit of a hindrance and Paloma was a good manager.

6. Alex- terrible idea and bad manager

7. Sandeesh - didn't take charge of the task as well as she could have and brought wrong people into boardroom.

8. Chris F- I just thought Jamie and Chris B were stronger even though he did perform well in the task. It was a shame that this team lost.

9. Laura- a bit erratic previously and made a few big errors in this task.

10. Stuart - didn't sell well and was exceptionally rude to a lot of people. Firing Liz was a real shame, I expected her to make final.

11. Stuart, Joanna and Stella - Basically Chris B and Jamie were my favourite of this year

12. Chris B - winner - He was clearly very intelligent and seemed more Apprentice material in contrast to Stella.

Week 1 - You watched the show didn't you. Dan was a terible project manager.

Week 5 - Alex did make a mistake with the small promotional stand, but he did secure the TV advertisment, and that DID more than make up for it. Even Lord Sugar said the small promotional stand was not the reason for the failure of the task. But I think most importantly Paloma did not take the hint from Nick that Alex was not a total "irritant" and continued her rant against Alex even after getting a strong hint of being told not to do it.

Week 8 - Christopher for changing the appointment time from 9am to 1pm. I agree with the decision made.

From series 6 onwards things tend to get a little hazy in my mind

1 - Dan, Alex, Stuart
He was a pretty terrible PM and alienated his whole team.

2 - Laura, Joanna, Joy
Thanks to the edit I could see this result coming a mile off. The girls team was in such a shambles even in the boardroom so I had sympathy for Laura having to try and control it. Joy seemed pretty indifferent to everything that was going on and was very poor in the boardroom aswell.

3 - Shibby, Paloma, Sandeesh
Had reasons to fire all 3 of them, but the task was so badly managed that it had to come down to the PM.

4 - Jamie, Melissa, Stuart
One of the most obvious results of the series. Melissa had a very poor attitude and was a bit of a trainwreck.

5 - Paloma, Alex, Sandeesh
Despite Paloma ruthlessness in the boardroom I'd have still wanted to keep her based on her contribution to tasks. I found Alex to be rather irritable but I felt a bit sorry for him being made the scapegoat and I thought he at least tried. Sandeesh didn't do anything majorly wrong on this task but based on potential I felt like she didn't have much to offer in the long-run.

6 - Alex, Chris, Sandeesh
He showed himself to lack the strength of a PM and was too clumsy and indecisive.

7 - Sandeesh, Chris, Liz
She did pretty well as a PM apart from unnecessarily swapping the team around, but she had been given way too many chances already and wasn't great enough to deserve to last any longer.

8 - Chris, Christopher, Jamie
Christopher did make a huge mistake in switching the appointment from morning to afternoon allowing the other team to snatch the deal. But I felt he was a hard worker and very active. Meanwhile Jamie seemed to be slipping in his ability and Chris had an incredibly poor record in the competition. Overall I found Chris to be a very flat candidate and a loss as PM adding to his total loss tally would be enough to deserve being fired for me.

9 - Liz, Laura, Stella
The truffle debacle was probably the mistake that stood out most, for which Laura messed up the price negotiations and was overall the weakest candidate of the 3.

10 - Stuart, Liz, Stella
I felt Stuart was far too reckless and childish and the other 2 were much more dependable.

11 - Chris, Jamie, Joanna, Stella, Stuart
Stuart was rightly bollocked for overembellishing his CV but I wouldn't have been quite so angry about it as I wouldn't have fired Liz over him in the previous task.
I thought Jamie was overall quite capable but he had turned into a fumbling babbling mess. His interviews were quite cringeworthy to watch, I would have considered him as a potential final 2 before them.
I thought Chris was just incredibly boring and lacked any spark, his biggest success in all the tasks was the deal he did accidentally during the tour task.
Meanwhile Joanna and Stella both had the 2 most impressive track records throughout the process, both won twice as PM and both had a certain power to their character.

12 - Joanna vs Stella
Hired - Stella
I felt Joanna had grown alot during the process and deserved credit for starting her own business from scratch, but there was still a certain naivety to her when it came to business knowledge and that combative side was still lurking in there.
Stella had a very steely determination and despite her corporate background was willing to try new things.

Shame with how Stella's win kind of turned sour since she impressed alot of people while on the show.

1) Dan what a shambles. From walking up and down streets, to random stock checks, to taking Stuart back into the boardroom. He failed on all levels in a selling task.

2) Laura no control of her team, and she just seemed to give up.

3) Shibby although Paloma was close IMO offering to take on another contract, then throwing a wobbly when Shibby turned it down.

4) Melissa, I don't think this needs an explanation.

5) All 3 Alex for the promo area when he was the one with knowledge. Sandeesh for being invisible, and Paloma for being aggressive.

6) Sandeesh although I do have to say I wish the other team had lost, the sexist ad is still too much for me.

7) Sandeesh obvious from the second she swapped the backroom people and started late.

8) Christopher Another week where I wanted the other team to lose, because Laura had to go. However I think Christopher made the biggest mistake on this team not getting the early appointment.

9) Stella I agree the truffles were the problem here, and yes Laura botched the negotiation, but what planet was Stella on thinking to go through posh restaurants?

10) Stuart continuing the pattern though, the other team should've lost and Chris should've gone. If Stuart had been in a later series he might have been a finalist, but he was just a bit too young and brash.

11) Chris, Jamie and Stuart Chris for being useless, Jamie because by this point he was running on fumes, and Stuart for being Stuart.

Final: Stella always reminded me of Michelle Dewberry, and Joanna was no Badger, so I agreed with her winning at the time.

Can I just point out (because two people seem to have forgotten) that the final of this series was between Stella and Chris? There are people on here who appear to be under the impression that it was between Stella and Joanna. Joanna came fourth.

My brain was telling me Joanna wasn't in the final, but I'd forgotten completely who was, which shows how much of an impression Chris left on me.

Ah that's true, I knew Chris was there but I was actually going along with who I wanted in the final.

But I guess it's already easy to assume who would win between Stella/Chris since Chris wouldn't even be there for me.
I'll have to remember not to change the final again if there's another one of these threads. lol

Well I suppose you can do that if you want to, but then you'd have to do that right the way through the series, which would get very confusing.

Week 1 - Dan and Stuart. Dan because he did an all-around poor job as PM, and Stuart just because of what it would have prevented later in the series.

Week 2 - Laura. She was ultimately the person who sent the task down in flames by refusing exclusivity from Boots, and I don't think the team was completely unmanageable by any means.

Week 3 - Shibby. Pretty poor as a PM, and just got torn to shreds by Paloma and Sandeesh in the boardroom.

Week 4 - Melissa. Poor leader the previous week, terrible sales pitches in this task, and showed absolutely no awareness of her mistakes.

Week 5 - Sandeesh and Paloma. Sandeesh deserved to be fired either way, as she spent the whole task and boardroom hiding behind Paloma. Paloma herself was on a knife-edge for me, but I think what pushes things over the edge was the fact that she was clearly trying to set up Alex as a scapegoat from the get-go instead of actually trying to win.

Week 6 - Alex. Too many mistakes in the task, and made a bad move by not bringing back Laura.

Week 7 - Sandeesh. Her leadership wasn't terrible by any means, but she made an almighty balls-up by not bringing back Jamie when Sugar, Nick and Karren were clearly out for his blood.

Week 8 - Jamie. The subteam of him and Christopher were really responsible for the task's failure, and Jamie's overall track record was far worse than Christopher's.

Week 9 - Laura. I think all three in the boardroom were at fault for the loss, but Laura's time was clearly up, IMO.

Week 10 - Stuart. I will say that I think he actually started doing a lot better in the latter tasks, but he definitely wasn't as strong a candidate as Stella or Liz, and the latter's losing streak wasn't really her fault outside her errors as PM the previous week.

Week 11 - Stuart, Jamie and Chris. Stuart's obvious, given how thoroughly his lies were exposed. For me, Jamie performed even worse than Stuart did in the second half of the series. Stella was really a shoo-in for the final two given her experience and interview performance, so between the two remaining ones, I think Joanna had a lot more potential and more to offer in the long-term than Chris.

Week 12 - Stella should have won. As I've said before, I don't think Stella and Chris should have been the final two at all; it should have been Joanna and Liz. However, Stella was at least somewhat competent in the final, whereas Chris put in what I consider the worst performance of any UK Apprentice finalist (barring the Alex-Helene duo from Series 4), leaving his team to their own devices while he ran off and played ad director, and cocked THAT up for good measure too.
