Seemed a bit of a cliche thing

Man late to wedding
We see the family ringing him constantly
Brides sits somewhere with her head held high full of hope, knowing her man will be there soon
Meanwhile, we see the man running, he is close to home and then uh oh, he has a heart attack about a couple of metres away from where his bride is. While she sits their waiting, he is a few metres away possibly dying

I have seen this in so many cheesy american films, it is ridiculous.

However i did enjoy last night's episode because i never expected it to happen and if david does die, i never expected him to leave the show now but in a few months time, because if he does die, they did a good job in keeping Michael French final scenes a secret as his departure was only confirmed about three weeks ago.

Please no, don't let him die, he has been my crush for many years and although he is in other things it is David Wicks who sets my heart fluttering.

I hope not!! But Michael French sure does like too come back, leave, come back and so forth do love David tho!

So true. What is it about David Wicks that makes him so much more attractive than say, Nick Jordan??? Nick is too polished for me, lacks emotion. David is a charmer, a bad boy but underneath it all is vulnerable and loves deeply.

I also love the way he struts around the square (or used to )

That's reassuring

It looks like he won't be killed off and I'm glad from the point of view that he might return some day. But they now need to finish the David-Carol "love" story as we really could not go there again if he did return. It needs to be done and dusted once and for all.

So tonight is David's last episode?

It has not been confirmed but it looks very much that way
