Missing Netflix Thumbnails
Hi all,
Anyone have any idea why my Netflix thumbnail pics have vanished? All I have are grey squares where normally you'd see the thumbnail pic of the programme/movie. It's making selecting things to watch nearly impossible since I now have to click on the grey square to have any idea what it actually is. I'm watching on Apple TV & running Unblock US I've done a sleep/awake on the Apple TV. Not sure what else I can do. It's driving me bonkers not being able to see anything

Unplug at the wall or take the cable out and then put it back again.

I've been getting an announcement about technical issues today and that some programmes have been missing.

Nah, it's OK, sometimes people say reboot and they just mean resetting something, not necessarily turning it off completely, but usually it means to remove power altogether and then restart. Hopefully it will work if you do that, it did for me anyway, I'd been putting up with it for a few days and then it suddenly occurred to me to reboot and it worked straight away

I am running Unblock US & I removed all the DNS settings & then rebooted my Apple TV putting all the DNS settings back in & it's pretty much worked ok since then with only the occasional flip out. Thanks & credit for sorting my issue out at the time went as deserved to the great techies on this forum

Bumping a thread here ,
Weird issue on the latest Apple TV , when opening Netflix all image thumbnails load except for House of Cards (Netflix Original). I'm just presented with a grey thumbnail. This is the same on each line the show appears on , I've reset router , restarted Apple TV and nothing seems to have brought them back. They appear on all my other devices. Any ideas ? |

Could it be because we are using proxies we get those blank thumbnail? I get that as well but on my tablet. I shut down Netflix and open it back up and it's fine
