Dream Theater - The Enemy Inside is around 1 min 20.

It's only a 6 minute track!

Three off the top of my head:

Rush - Xanadu 5:00
David Bowie - Station to Station 3:19
New Order - Thieves Like Us 2:25

Probably loads more in my prog rock collection...

Technically I Nearly Married A Human (2) - Tubeway Army has an intro over 2 minutes long...but really it's an instrumental with the title sung a few times. The original album version was completely instrumental.

I think it would be hard to beat The Bonzo Dog (Doo-Dah) Band 'The Intro and Outro'

Maybe Band on the Run by Paul McCartney and Wings? Or was that two songs put together?

`Lust for Life` by Iggy Pop. You keep on waiting for the vocal and the intro (which is one of the best) starts to outstay its welcome.

Having said that, a surprising number of prog classics have very short intros:

Genesis - Dancing With The Moonlit Knight; Supper's Ready
Jethro Tull - Thick As A Brick
Yes - Starship Trooper

OK, that's only four...
