Why is Coronation Street on at 9pm every evening next week?

Is the Tina death to horrific to show before the watershed?

I doubt it'll be that graphic. Although Michelle Keegan has said that Tina's eyes will be swollen after her fall and there'll be pressure on her skull so who knows...

It's because ITV have decided to screen the live Britain's Got Talent semi finals at 7.30.

But, it's also a planned week of special episodes set on the same night. And Stuart Blackburn is the sort to milk the post-watershed opportunity. I think the thud will be more graphic than allowed pre-watershed but not horrendous. I think the blood etc after the fall may be shown in more detail than is usual, and as a result the whole accident will be slightly more disturbing than is usual in Corrie.

I have heard her actual death death in the hospital is done in 'real time' and is 'as true to life' as possible. Think Hayley gagging on her lethal cocktail... I just hope it's not tooooooo grim.

But the repeats on ITV2 will be shown during the day, unless they will be editied for daytime viewing.
