If they ever do, it's going to take a long time. But reunions are inevitable in EE, unless you happen to be Derek Branning in which case your son wants to make amends only after your demise.

I reckon they'll be playing happy families a couple of years from now, assuming the actors decide to stay on.

I'm not sure. I can see them "moving past it" just as they did with Stacey, but considering all the trauma they went through following that reveal, did they ever fully forgive Max? Now there's the Lucy reveal. I think it's just one step too far and although they may well pretend everything's normal, I don't think they'll ever be able to trust him. He just can't help letting them down.

Altough it was a bit inappropriate of course they were both consenting adults. Lucy wasnt a child and was willing too .

I can see why everyone thinks it's weird as she was his daughter's best friend and he watched her grow up, but as you say, the way they all started turning on him like vultures is hypocritical, considering everyone on that Square has a "history".

I hope the this drives Abi to leave, her character is a complete and utter drip. Lauren is two faced. What's the big deal? Is it just that Lucy was her friend? I'm sure that Lauren and Sadie were quite friendly when she was with Jake. At least Lucy and Max were both single. Max would be better off without either ofthem, the same old Lauren and Abi hating Max merry-go-round is boring.

But Abi shouldn't hate her dad forever and neither should Lauren he has not murdered anyone has he? Lots of people have affairs but their children don't hate them for it. Hate is a strong word. Do you think by Christmas this year or by Max's birthday next year they will be talking to him again?

I think Lauren will forgive a lot quicker than Abbi, she has been bottling things up for a long time.

No, I've never liked Abi. Max would be better of without his hypocritical, judgemental daughters living with him. They're old enough to live wherever they want, leaving Max to date who he wants when he wants.

I think it really depends where they want to go with the Branning family dynamic MG, I get criticised on here for saying it but Lauren and Max are my fave characters abi less so.

Lauren has had more of history of lots of downs in life and I think she has a lot in common with her dad with some of the decisions she has made.

Once Lauren realises this again she will try to get abi to talk to her.

Yeah, Lauren and Max have clashed because they are really similar, in a lot of ways (thankfully not in the hair department ). Lauren's been through a heck of a lot and will forgive Max in the end, no problems. Abi, on the other hand...

Yes, if Kat can forgive Ronnie for taking her baby and swapping it for a dead one I'm sure Lauren/Abi will forgive Max.
