I know it will but Sharon forgave her dad for sleeping with Michelle who was 16 or 15 at the time and she was younger than Lucy was when she slept with Den. I actually said that they would forgive him because it's a soap and misdeeds are generally forgiven and forgotten on soaps. However I think in real life this may not happen.

As regards it not being a crime. Surely we don't base forgiveness on whether the transgression is a crime or not Some things can be incredibly hurtful, unacceptable and indeed unforgivable and yet not a crime.
