Was lucky enough to get a ticket to see him at the Hydro last night, what a show. He completely blew me away, and played lots from Purple Rain. Wish I could go again

I went to his Leeds show last night.

It was absolutely brilliant, loved every minute of it and I would also go again if I could!

A week ago today at Manchester...On the one..Brilliant.

Think there was rumours regarding Wembley arena next week, would have meant kicking Froch & Groves out of having there weigh in, plus England was also playing a friendly, not heard anything else so it might just have been a rumour.

Unique usually has good knowledge if he is playing again anytime soon, personally hope he might consider Nottingham in the not to distant future.

leeds and glasgow were the least exciting shows. if you put aside cafe de paris, the second manchester show was the best of the part 2 run. both manc shows were great. likewise the first run the manc shows were some of the best if you exclude ronnie scotts and kings row. shepherds bush was great. the best part of the first birminham show was him playing electric intercourse for only the second time ever, and 31 years after the first time, and he played it right in front of me at the keyboards. it was on other setlists for this tour but he didn't play it at the other uk shows

you can't really compare being front row at cafe de paris or ronnie scotts as that was like him playing in your living room. with his shades on i could still see his eyes staring at me in front of him

wembley isn't happening next, nor o2 next week or glastonbury
