That's my prediction. It was one off Eastenders not winning anything last year it will most certainly win Best Soap.rest of the soaps don't stand a chance its Eastenders year.

I'm not as confident. I certainly hope they will do well, but each of the other soaps have their own 'dead cert' wins.

I'm not sure, David Neilson should get best actor but as an EE fan I'm also behind Danny Dyer for that, and as much as I want Lindsay Coulson to get best actress I can see it going to Hayley from Corrie

I hope so but I am not banking on it, I still think and I dreading them to announce it that Corrie will win Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Soap while Hollyoaks will scoop quite a few too, I think next year will be EastEnders year.

It's not a dead cert - even though I'd like it to be. The depth of public affection for Coronation Street alone would be enough alone to secure it a clean sweep of the awards, let alone the huge cancer storyline they've had. Also, Dominic Treadwell-Collins' changes at EastEnders are only just beginning to be felt in terms of viewer appreciation and ratings.
I would like EastEnders to win best soap but I'm not holding my breath. Hopefully it will be a better year for EastEnders following last year's humiliating single honorary award for Adam Woodyatt. |

It will be a crime if EE isn't rewarded for the amazing turn around it has seen.
But you can never predict these awards. Hollyoaks has some seriously devoted fans who have been multiple voting on mass. I suspect they will do very well with the public votes. |

Best actress - Julie Hesmondhalgh
Best actor - David Neilson There should be an award for worst storyline - Peter and Tina Corrie. |

Really hope Lindsey Coulson wins an award. Anyone know if Lacey Turner will be attending and if she is back from filming Our Girl yet?

I think EE will win Best Soap. It deserves to win this year.
Corrie is bound to pick up some awards for the Roy and Hayley storyline. |

Very unlikely. It would be nice if they got one or two though.

I would hope they win more than one award: they were crushed last year when they only won one award - just the Lifetime Achievement one for Adam Woodyatt. A very poor year indeed under Lorraine Newman: amazing to think about the turnaround in the show's fortunes since then.

EE deserves to win at least two awards for Lindsey Coulson (Best Actress) and Maddy Hill (Best Newcomer). Wouldn't surprise me though if Julie Hesmondalgh and Amy Kelly from Corrie win these

I say EastEnders has a very good chance of winning the Spectacular Scene Of The Year Award. Mainly because it stands out from the others in the sense that is purely character driven, and is very moving and poignant when being compared to the other stunt tricks. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the panel voters took this into consideration when picking out a winner.
I'm excluding the Doctors one as I haven't seen or heard about it until recently and let's face it, they don't stand a chance against the others. |

I don't think it's been good enough long enough to clean up at the BSA's this year. I'd love Lindsey Coulson to win best actress but Lacey Turner's nominated too and in the past she's won pretty much everything she's been nominated for.

I hope they do ok, better then last year at least, I'm not confident they win loads as competition is still strong but if they win some it be nice.

They do deserve more than one, good luck to them
I really want Hollyoaks to win some awards but I have a feeling that it might be Corrie or EE's yr.
