Do you think this will work?
I bought some sausage meat - a big fat roll of it.
Can I make a kind of bolognese with it, using this instead of mince? I was thinking of frying it up with some onions, then pouring a tomato and basil sauce over. Good idea....or not? TY

I think it would break down too much, it is a much finer grind than mince, you could likely make meatballs from it though.

Yes you can but as above the consistency will be different to 'standard' mince. Should taste ok though.
How about getting the same amount of minced beef |
