I usually use Flora light, but you can't make good scrambled eggs without a knob of anchor butter, yummy !

I have no brand loyalty at all. I don't use much so I just buy whatever is on half price.

I'm not being funny, but you can't have real butter without dairy cows being involved.

Kerrygold softer for spreading on bread as it's pure butter but in a tub. President also do a spreadable pure butter as well as M&S so sometimes buy them too.

I also get Lurpak, Anchor or President in block form, whichever is on offer, or Tesco/Sanisburys own. As a treat I sometimes get the ones with sea salt crystals.

Only ever use butter, or Lurpak spreadable. Best tasting is homemade (but who has time for that?!)... I like Asda Extra Special or their own block. Got to be salted. Margarine and spreads are so bad for you, have no idea why people bother; vegans or intolerant people maybe but the idea butter is the bad one is slowly dying and people are realising natural is best.

Netherend Farm (lightly salted).

We tried Lurpak and President - found them a bit bland. We now have Waitrose own brand organic butter it has just the rightamount of salt for us.

Edit: amended an errant spellcheck
