Hmm, I'm not normally one to demand that reveals should be done quickly, but I struggle to see how they're going to keep this story ticking over until Christmas. Maybe Danny was just joking?

7 months really isn't a long time. Zoe discovering Kat was her mum was longer, and it took Ronnie around 7 months to discover Danielle was really her daughter.

I think xmas is the right time for the story to be revealed. When those scenes aired last week, I had a feeling the revelation would be the big xmas plot.

I remember DTC saying there was a big twist in the Lucy story around xmas too so I think this year will be a good one!

I guess so. I think it's just with this particular story I'm more interested in the aftermath and implications than the reveal. But I have every faith in DTC that it will still be an interesting lead-up.

I agree that this is looking like it's going to be a good year!

This story fits better for a longer reveal because there is less opportunity to reveal it as Shirley wont normally, Phil wont and Stan and Aunt Babe( presuming both of them know.) wont either. I wonder if Sylvie's arrival will bring out the truth.

Oh god, I hope the Carter's have something else to do before bloody Christmas.

Boring Shirley and her parental problems isn't good enough.

Ben and Johnny will probably simmer away for a while.

Although I hope that storyline is more about Johnny and Linda than it is about Shirley, or is that too much to expect?

To me, it sounded as though Danny was just joking. I doubt the cast have been told of the christmas plot yet, anyway.
