So he is not featured in the credits for any eps after this Friday, I can't see him leaving carol again! I have a feeling we could be in for a shock death? Also Fridays only has Carol,David,Sonia,Bianca,Liam and a man called Frank Cavendish and the synopsis reads 'the butcher household comes to terms with recent events'. What does everyone else think?

ANOTHER death? I'm not too sure. I was wondering if he could slip into a coma until he decides to return again. Problem with him dying, is it would mean we'd get the third funeral episode in not very long.

I do think Bianca warning him off will lead to his exit in their wedding episode, thus leading to B's exit when Carol realises he ran off because of her in a sense.

4 episodes all of next week.
While I hope he doesn't die I can see them scripting it in. Carol finds out about Nikki on the wedding day, has it out with David, dumps him because she doesn't trust he told her to back off. After slamming the car lot door and leaving, David collapses... found shortly after by Bianca who calls the ambulance.
Meanwhile Carol is having it out with Nikki. Nikki finally realises she's a b***h for trying to take David off her and confesses David did tell her to back off and she's been making it up. Carol slaps her, goes to find David, sees the ambulance and hysterical Bianca.
In hospital there is a tearjerker of a heart to heart, Carol saying sorry etc etc. David suddenly clutches her hand, has a heart attack. Carol screams that he can't leave her, not now, not while she needs him to fight the cancer. He whispers something to her and then he's gone. Carol then has to face up to the fact instead of her going, it's David.
Either that... or he just leaves the Square and leaves a note for Carol saying sorry having realised he really does have feelings for Nikki and this means he can't stay with Carol.

I thought you would have absolutely loved David seeing as he made the aforementioned Weaslels life somewhat more difficult.

Really not looking forward to this storyline, David is my favourite character its bad enough he,s leaving but they better not be killing him off.
Maybe he recovers, Carol doesnt want him after finding out about his kiss with Nicki, he could leave with Nicki or would be go to spend some time with Janine .. ?

Sorry munchkins but he's got to go. A cowardly thief with no class whatsoever. I do like the fact that he gives The Weasel a hard time but I still loathe him. Even Nikki is too good for him.

Take it you're not being serious lol -- all the rubbish characters except for Cindy, Phil and Janine. Deano and Ben are okay-ish - not great, though.
