Although our Humax HDR Freesat says we have used 62% capacity, when we select "media" all our recorded files are listed with titles but with (0) next to them. When we select them they are empty. There are no single recordings showing and nothing is in date order as before. So where are these recordings and how do we get them back please?

First thing to try is turn off the mains to the box for 15-20 mins.
