She seems to have grown on me too, just lately.

Didn't much care for her when she was first introduced, but she has shown a strong, feisty side last few weeks. If I remember correctly, this is how Tina arrived on Corrie as well.

I really liked how she stood up to Nick last night. At her age I would have crumpled.

Let's just hope that- unlike Tina- the writing team don't decide to destroy her character for the sake of a cheap, implausible and plot-driven affair with someone she has zilch chemistry with. I really enjoy her character and think she's been one of the highlights of the murder storyline. I reckon they'll soon pair her with Kal's son Zeedan when he hits the cobbles.

She actually reminds me a bit of Racquel - though (now) less dizzy.

I think her defining moment was when she got stuck into Tracey the other week about having her bracelet - she's been going from strength to strength since.

Was just googling Steph's age for the hell of it and this popped up. I didn't realise how stunning Sinead was (or how tall).

Sinead looks so good there. Too bad they have to make her so dowdy on the show.

I think the reason she and Sinead are popular here is because they are positive, upbeat and cheerful. Sophie, Fiz and Michelle are very depressing characters by contrast.

The actress is quite good, makes the character believable..hope they don't do a daftie sl with her..meh!

Wow, a predominantly positive DS thread about a Corrie character. That really is a rare feat nowadays...

I really like her character already, I've really warmed to her. I think the actress is very good, and I really like Luke too and their sibling relationship. I really hope that the Corrie writers have big plans for her.

She needs a man in her life, maybe Gary might be chasing after her once he realises there's no point in chasing after the tease that's Alya or maybe Maria and Steph could team up after Maria decides to change teams after her unsuccessful relationships with men.
