You need Sky+ enabled on your multiroom card - and you need the card and new box to be paired together.

Yes, the chap in the morning came across an issue with enabling Sky+ on it and fobbed me off - the lady in the evening was much more helpful and spent 15 minutes sorting the problem out and all is up and running now.

This box has lower sound than the other one (which I noticed when we got it some time back, haslower sound than the old SD box) which is disappointing as the channels used most are the music channels.

They probably have no idea to be honest.

The more experienced ones may, but the younger ones tend not to care too much about the company they work for and have limited knowledge, from experience.
