EE is flying high and it's set to get better and better!!! the surprise element is a great factor right now and is fantastic for the viewers!! and DTC has just tweeted 'we'll keep the surprises coming!' cant wait!!! I think Honey's return is the first of many!!!!

I think she's gonna tell Billy next week she's moving away and she's taking the kids further away so he will see them less. In a few months she will come back saying she made a mistake and wants him back

Or

She tells him next week seeing him again has made her feeling grow for him again and she wants him to move away with her. This is his life changing decision. He declines and she moves away with the kids.

We've had some great returns, and it's great to see these secondary characters returning for the odd episode.

I really hope Carly comes back for a few episodes so we can see Shirley and her 3 kids together, and I'd love Sean to return when Stacey and Jean come back - it would be very out of character for Sean to stay away if his sister needs his help (and getting out of prison qualifies, surely!).

I want Patrick to have a visitor though. Doesn't he still have a son? Maybe Yolande could visit!

Anthony, his son is overdue a return. I think Carly will be next, or Chelsea

This may be the week when BGT and Coronation Street hog the limelight but EastEnders is putting up a very good fight. Good on them.

These character who are returning must like living on the edge, the more deaths they are the more they keep coming

He was engaged to Zoe after dating Kat but when zoe did another runner, Kat and Ant restarted!

Its great but how do they stop stuff like this from being released before hand does this just prove that the BBC can limit spoilers ? EE should do it more often we live in a world now where every show gets spoilers and we knows its coming but i love not knowing.

I hope Honey stays around or at least comes back in a few months, I think Billy needs her so he can progress imo.

Soaps release the info themselves - a big character returning gets ratings. Small returns like Honey don't, so it's fine to keep it a secret.

I have usually been told by my sources or have worked out the shocks myself but the Honey return came completely out of the blue and wss a nice surprise. I dont think honey snd billy work well together but ad they have two children it is nice to get some scenes between them.

If ee keeps on this way it will be the most rated soap.

EE - Minor character from about 7 years ago makes a cameo appearance and nobody predicted it

Corrie - Whodunnit murder plot with a high profile character being killed off and high profile suspects and everyone predicted the murderer

DTC is doing the surprises brilliantly but felt maybe honey surprise unannounced return should of had a duff duff like jane Beale to have the same shock factor that makes you tune in next time

Don't get me wrong it was a shock to see honey but she had no reason to return like jane. Where Ian was going out of his mind.

But well done DTC it's good to have another shock stint comeback.... Next surprise please...

Billy regularly has the kids. DTC is adding realism by showing Honey dropping them off. I seriously doubt there will be anything major for Honey any time soon but little appearances like this - and Christian at Lucy's funeral and Denise visiting Libby - make the show so much better.

During the wedding prep I thought, where is Robbie? It was nice that they included a little scene where he calls to send his best wishes and you hear Carol say "I understand it's expensive" or something. It makes a change from when they pretend these characters don't exist or gloss over it.

I second this, I really want her to come back, just for a short stint to wrap everything up and finish her story.
