I think Peter will be charged. Roy witnessed him & Tina arguing and Peter following her into the flat, and then leaving later. She'll also have his DNA under her finger nails from the scratch. Norris & Mary also saw Peter shortly after he left the flat and queried his scratched face.
I reckon when Tina is in hospital the doctors will reveal she is pregnant. Not really much of a 'twist', but will make Rob feel even more guilty, and also

Is there any chance tina isnt that badly injured and Rob panics thinking she's going to tell the police and finishes her off? Don't think the fall scene was as dramatic as it could have been so im hoping for a bit more of a shocker

I thought that too, when Rob looks down she is lying as she fell, backwards. When we see Carla look down Tina is face down and has turned 90 degrees

The problem with someone attacking her tomorrow is that she doesn't die tomorrow. If she was she was attacked by someone they would make sure she was dead first.
Apparently the twist is revealed 'minutes into' tomorrows episode!
I think Rob could confess to Tracy/Carla and they frame Peter?
OR Tony comes and finishes her off after hearing that she wanted to expose his and Tracys dodgy deals

I just watched the behind the scenes, Michelle mentions they're going to film a little extra surprise after they finish the fall, so it definately happens outside the builders yard.
I think it will be to do with Rob trying to cover his tracks. Peter is arrested and I'm guessing Rob has got something to do with that!
Rob confesses what he's done to Tracy. Tracy goes round to see whether Tina is still alive.
She's starting to come round and isn't that badly hurt, so Tracy put's her dominatrix outfit back on and smashes Tina's brains in with either;
1. Deirdre's stuffed marrow pot
2. Blanches urn.
