I thought that the episode was good, but the killer being Rob and there being no cat fight between Carla and Tina really disappointed me

Only a guess. She's going to scream and hit Peter and say how could you do it, TINA, etc.. then when he leaves she'll hook up with another rapist, killer, adulterer or alcoholic then give him 49% of the factory before things go pear shaped.
I think a showdown between Carla & Tina should have definately featured in the episode.
It did no justice to the character of Carla, not to have her say, - with Tina supposedly being her friend, but betraying her behind her back with Peter. Carla would have had so much to say to TIna.
The scriptwriters missed a BIG trick here.
