Mobile not receiving/sending emails
Help!
My Samsubg Galaxy S2 has stopped receiving emails, and will not let me send them either, storing my messages in the email outbox. I use Virgin (blueyonder) for my internet and email services. My Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (10 inch) is behaving in the same way. When I try to send/receive on either device, I get a message on the screen saying: "unable to connect to server (blueyonder)". When I used my ageing laptop, I could both receive and send emails. Can anyone help me resolve these issues, please. I'd be very grateful, but please use non-techie instructions to this retired person! Thanks very much. |

Virgin Media have an email outage if you check the status page or download detector.
