Does anyone else hate it when people refer to themselves or others as 'bubbly'?

I think it's extremely cringe worthy especially when you see it on a dating site or a on television.

Bubbly is usually used to desribe funny, fat women. But I've met loads of bubbly people who aren't fat and aren't annoying or loud.
