I use yahoo mail as my everyday email account. Whilst I am receiving emails, I am unable to open them. I have tried the help section on yahoo, but it doesn't answer my problem Does anyone have an email address or phone number for yahoo? This is getting urgent now. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have already tried this, but it doesn't address the problem. I really need to contact yahoo, but cannot find an address or number. Thanks anyway.

How are you accessing Yahoo - try a different browser or tablet or phone

I use chrome, so tried IE. Same thing happened, so it must be a problem with yahoo. The odd one will open, the majority won't load. I am so frustrated, as I can't find a way to contact yahoo.

I've had to contact them in the past. Seems the only way is via e-mail.

Sign into your mail then click on the cog icon top right, then select Help from the pop up menu. There should be a Quick Link "Contact Customer Services" on the right. Select that and go through the rather convoluted process to actually send a message to Customer Services.

It does work, eventually, but don't expect an instant result.

I did all that the other day, and didn't get the option to email them. I contacted BT, in the hope they would have an address/number, but they don't have any means of contact, either.
Anyway, it seems to be okay now.
Yahoo need to make sure people who use the service can contact them if they have any problems. Inability to access one's emails, seems to be a very common problem among yahoo users who, like me, just have to sit tight.
