I did all that the other day, and didn't get the option to email them. I contacted BT, in the hope they would have an address/number, but they don't have any means of contact, either.
Anyway, it seems to be okay now.
Yahoo need to make sure people who use the service can contact them if they have any problems. Inability to access one's emails, seems to be a very common problem among yahoo users who, like me, just have to sit tight.
