ED: Love this Donna bent cop business

Really like this storyline, it's quite original in the sense that it's not too often you see this type of story in a soap, and i find it quite compelling. I like Ross and i like Donna, and i hope they both have some good criminal stories ahead of them.

Me too. Just wish she wasn't dying! It would have been good without the sad fact that April is going to be left without her mummy soon.

And she looks so innocent like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth.

I don't know about it yet. For me it felt like the writer didn't think the dying in 6 months story was too dramatic so they elbowed in the bent copper story.

Selfish Donna is almost as selfish as she is fit. Almost.

Yeh it's annoying as i like her character and don't want her to leave. It would have been good to have her back permantly as a bent copper, the only thing with that though is how do you make her bent if she isn't ill?

I like the idea of a bent copper (rather than a pyscho copper) but I'm not sure it should have been Donna, it just doesn't seem in her character at all.

She would also surely know that there's Death in Service benefit and of course, doing a bit of petty crime isn't going to set her up.

If Donna gets caught, there will be no 'death in service' benefit and no pension; and April will have to live with the shame all her life.

and the Police widows and orphans fund will not want to know either.

NB. I liked Donna and loath Ross.

The Good Doctor would be so ashamed.

I've taken to FFing through these scenes. Donna is OK but I can't stand greaseball Ross.

I like both Donna and Ross but I wish she wasn't going down this crime route.

As far as I am concerned her terminally ill SL was enough without this extra story tagged on.

She's only got a few months to live so probably isn't really thinking straight.

I thought I was the only person who can't stand Ross - I'm so glad I'm not

It would be amazing if Donna made some miraculous recovery and didn't die, i just love these two together. Best thing in Emmerdale at the moment. It could be like a mini Breaking Bad

I reckon Ross is going to fall in love with her and then he finds out she is dying.
