He did push her after which she fell.

So he is guilty of manslaughter.

He did deliberately push her but he did not intend for her to fall off the balcony.

However that is still manslaughter.

On the behind the scenes video, the director (or whoever it was) said Tina pushes herself against Rob and Rob pushes her off him, which results in her falling backwards and off the edge.

Well now it is murder.

Now we can say it is most definitely murder.

He can forget manslaughter now, lol.

Plus as another FM wrote, it would have been far more interesting if Carla had smashed Tina round the head, and Rob had been left thinking that he'd done it.

Even so and though however, his actions have managed to make Carla look guilty.

Which is something he wouldn't have wanted to have happened, obviously.

It's like when Janine killed Barry in Eastenders. She just pushed Barry off her but resulting in him falling off a cliff! Same with Rob. I think he was just stopping her from leaving. I really don't think he intended to push Tina off the balcony. But sadly after tonigjts episode he's a cold blooded murderer. I kind of wish that hadn't of happened. There's no going back for Rob now.

If, indeed, she is dead.
