Bloody Hell!

It's Emily Bishop being able to withstand a crowbar to the head and come out of it unscathed all over again. There must be something in the hairspray down Weatherfield way that gives them armoured heads.

I would happily finish her off myself.
What a hateful, poisonous bitch thet have turned this character into.
Such a shame.

Because he would have had to whack her more than once to come close to bumping her off. Soaps never show scenes that gruesome, but they probably should have made use of the 9 p.m. post-watershed. I would have liked to see some swearing in it too. Tina's last word could have been, “Bastard!”

Not quite as ridiculous as the time John Stape fell from a hospital roof and then ran off but almost.

No but very bloody close. And Mr Stape was not required to be a poisonous, gobby arsehole while dying either don't forget.
Terrible, terrible shit we've all been made to wait over a year for!!
Fabulous really in its total crapness.

If you watch it again, she was definitely in a bad way. She kept making strange noises and pulling weird expressions while grabbing her head. I think she was probably in a very bad way internally and she was too in shock to realise how hurt she was.

Her last words should have been

'Oh s*** Ronseals sales are going down the plug hole now I'm gone'

Yes, it was very reminiscent of that dreadful Steve Martin film 'Death Becomes Her'.
Dreadfully bad tv.
