I think the fall was more than 10 feet, she would have been concussed and bleeding surely, but she managed to get up and carry on the rant?? rubbish

I thought it was a brilliant episode aside from a few small niggles..

Tina getting up, seemingly fine, after that fall.

Tina arguing with a man who had just pushed her off a roof.

Rob killing a young girl, in cold blood, over a few stolen hairdryers. But why should I be surprised at character changes from Blackburn

The rest however was fantastic. Brilliant acting throughout. Very good scenes with Carla and Peter. Loved the ending and Carla looking like the killer.
I really liked the comedy with Steve getting shouting at by Michelle so he locked himself in with Peter

Anna and Owen stuff was good too.

So, yes, few niggles but very good episode I thought

I disagree Tina looked fine after the fall, she looked like she could barely stand and at times struggled to speak. Also Jason Grimshaw survived a fall from the same spot. It's not like it was a skyscraper.

The episode was amazing - the Anna/Owen reveal was storming as well.

And Tina's last words are legendary. "I was born gobby."

Loved it! True soap-style stuff - that's what we want. Pity there was no humour to balance it out like they normally do - Norris and Mary could have had a scene!

I think Tina looked quite well after falling 20ft onto her face onto concrete!!

I don't think she landed on her face but her body, hence why she couldn't stand up properly and kept wincing and doubling over.

She has a head injury now though, thanks to Rob...

Yes, I thought it was a very strong episode personally. Maybe I'm biased cos I'm just in love with one of the figureheads Alison King/Carla and think she could make eating an apple interesting but yeah, loving it this week.

Though gotta say, I can't fault the performances in the Anna/Owen scenes and I'm glad the secret's out but I don't really think it really 'meshes' well with the main action of the week. I think it probably could have waited until next week alongside the fallout of all the Tina drama.

I liked it cos it shows 'casual viewers' Corrie has decent actors/SLs in it and can do meaty drama.

Agree it was a great episode, the Tina stuff was good and I quite liked the Anna and Owen scenes too, which I thought were really well acted.

"You'll die gobby!!!"

Reminiscent to and a flasback of...

"You should have stayed at the party, Maxine!!!"

Didn't expect Tina to just get up after her fall, let alone for Rob to finish her off, like that.

Anyone else notice that Tina had the same mug as Lucy did in Eastenders? I got more excited that I noticed this than I should have been...

Brilliant episode tonight. .....Didn't expect Tina to rise up ahain from that fall yesterday. .but she did....and my family cheered to see her alive again....I had to tell them otherwise and show them piccies from next week episodes to convince them also. Anna/Owen was on top form too....felt sorry for them both at the end of all that.....As for Rob, looks like SB Has turned him from a jack the lad to a murderer in just a few short weeks. ...and all cos of dear old Tina...will miss her so!!! Dierdre getting into the act too....wouldn't have been the same without her really

Yesterday I would have given the show a 5....tonight it got a 9!!!

Much better than Monday and Tuesday too - which one would expect - but the good thing was, it actually was, IMO.

That is more than just a few niggles. Your talking serious SORs there.

The best scenes of the ep were between Owen/Anna.

Brilliant episode with a shocking twist and well acted! Don't know why people are questioning how she got up from the fall, as if she plummeted 1000 feet into the black abyss. It really wasn't that high! And she did look in a fair bit of pain.

I agree with you James. If I'd watched it without expecting a 'twist' then it would've been fine but I was expecting another character to be involved.

I agree with you as to who they chose to kill Tina (as I think Marc Baylis is a great addition to the Corrie cast - after a very, very so-so beginning). Having said that - I think the Monday and Tuesday episodes of this have been really, really good. I've never been a fan of Michelle Keegan - but thought she was brilliant on Tuesday night (not so good Wednesday) and I really did feel sorry for the character.

Yeah - but then I think that's what they thought people would think (that someone else would come along) but the 'twist' was a twist on a twist/reverse twist, so they turned the accidental killer Rob into a savage finish-off'er!

Ah yes, but that's because the massive earrings took most of the impact

Face first on concrete and then Tina got up straight away, looking like she'd been Tango'ed - sorry she already had been, on the subbed.

Then Rob Tango'ed her again / walloped her round the kisser with a handily-placed crowbar.

All over a few hair dyers - can you imagine it "it wasn't my fault guv'nor, it was all down to the hairdryers!!!"

It was all the hair dryers fault.
