Bantam eggs
A friend of mine keeps Bantam chickens, and has given me half a dozen eggs.
I've never eaten Bantam eggs before. What is the simplest, best way to have them so that I can taste the difference between these eggs and a 'normal' chicken egg ? Soft boiled ? Fried ? Scrambled ? What ? |
