Number not transferred?

Upgraded my iphone 4s to the 5s however my 4s keeps ringing when people call me not my new iphone 5s?

What is causing this and how do I fix it?

I am on EE btw and just got my new 5s today.

Did you get a new sim card?

What was the number transfer process they explained?

I had that sort of problem with EE about 6 months ago, both my new phone and old phone had the same number for about 24 hours, then it got corrected. Though in my case the new phone got the incoming calls. But if I dialled my number on the new phone the old one would get the call.
