I was just curious to know which soap characters you have all met. I have met Debbie Rush (Anna from Corrie), have seen Ashley Peacock (I don't know his real name, obviously not in corrie anymore) out shopping, and I know a few people who have seen Alison King (Carla Connor) at a local fair. They said she looked miserable, hahaha.

Thomas Craig from Coronation Street, the actress who plays Katy in Emmerdale and Michelle Collins. All of them were in central London (at different times). I've also met Linda Robson.

I met a lot of ED stars at a charity event (Chris and Kim Tate (Peter Amory and Claire King), Sarah Sugden (?Madline Howard version), Eric Pollard (Chris Chittell) and Lynn Whitley (Fionula Elwood). I also met Joe Sugden (Frazier Hines) at the opening of a local travel agents and got my pic in the local paper (we also spied him across the room in a restaurant many years later, I remembered the travel agents meeting I don't think he did, he didn't come over and tell me so if he did ). When I visited the filming location for Take the High Road I met Dave Sneddon (?? ??) and Mrs Mac (?Gwyneth Gutherie). And most exciting of all I have been skyped a couple of times by Michael Caruso (Jason DeVanity) from DeVanity.

I've met plenty aye.... was on the Red Carpet one year at the Soap Awards...met loads of cast from each soap... Also met a lot of the Emmerdale cast outside there studios. I also work in a theatre so meet soap stars (and ex soap stars) all the time, at moment we have Gennie (Ex Emmerdale) and Grantly off Waterloo Road in one play which is pretty kool tho I don't go up too them and harras them cos I am at work and they are just ordinary actors at the end of the day...

Probably doesn't count as she was only a guest in one or two episodes
of Coronation Street,but I once met the delightful Honor Blackman.
I knew her from the old 'The Avengers tv show and of course 'Goldfinger'.
She played a swinger with Douggie Brown as her partner,who tried to make
Rita and Norris join in their games!

I met Linda Henry last year. Very lovely woman.

I met Hayley from corrie , a genuinely lovely lady , she showed us pictures on her phone of her hubby and daughter , very likable lady
saw Tyrone in pub , he was out with his mates and should of been left alone but he was getting silly girls chatting to him , he took it all in good humor
my daughter met the emmerdale cast and said they were all absolutely awful divas except Adele silva who was lovely and apparently tiny less than 5 foot tall but a lovely lady

I trod on Peter Amory's (Chris Tate) foot when he was queuing behind me in a petrol station shop, I apologised and he was most gracious!

I've shook hands with Chris Chittel (Eric Pollard), he was nice.

I once passed a bottle of Garnier Fructis shampoo in Safeways to Leah Bracknell (Zoe Tate), she thanked me and smiled.

I was nearly sent flying in Safeway by Malandra Burrows (Kathy Bates/Tate), she apologised and smiled.

I've not, but know two separate people who've met Liz Dawn. And sadly, shattering all my illusions, they both said she was awful

One was a council worker, Liz was guest of honour at some sort of family fun day (they're aren't many famous folk from Burmantofts, this was pre Nicola Adams ) and they said she spent her entire time on her phone.

The other lived in Liz's old house and she was outside filming some sort of life story thing. His mum asked if she'd like a cup of tea, and she just snapped 'no' and turned her back on her.

I met Mavis from Corrie once - I sold her a flightbag. She was lovely

A couple years back I met Michelle Keegan. Beautiful in person. She was outside a club and I was being gently guided out (it was my birthday) by my other half. Rather drunk and excited I yelled "Look, its Tina!" My fella thanks me to this day for that as he apologised to her and they had a wee chat. From my memory she was lovely. And my partner says she was too, and said she hoped we got home alright.

Don't know if it counts as a soap - but the only one I've ever met was Claire Goose (who used to be in Casualty) a few years ago.

I have seen Tyrone and Jason in a clothing shop in the Trafford centre, but they seemed to be having a good conversation and I didn't want to interrupt them so I smiled and carried on with shopping

Met Sally, Fiz and Chesney at a play at The Royal Exchange Manchester, it was called Black Roses, Julie Heckmondwike ie Hayley think that it is how you spell her name, very sad play, Sally was sat next to me, and we were crying together, she was lovely

Oh I've met Bruce Jones, too. (Les Battersby, former CS star)

My sister's friend was sat in a restaurant and Michelle Keegan walked in haha.
