Do you think they're planning on killing the character off or could she return for an episode maybe? I swear she hasn't been mentioned this frequently before. I'd love for them to give her a great send off, or bring her home for an exit storyline.

Diane is always mentioning Annie whenever the actress takes a break its said she's off to visit Annie, previously her off-screen go-to character was Bernice but now she's back its always Annie. It would make sense to kill Annie off soon though the character and actress is well into her 90s now. I doubt she would make another return though her last one was in memory of Clive Hornby i dont think anything could tempt her back again.

I met her on-screen son many years ago at the first night of a play he was appearing in. He was a lovely bloke, very friendly and chatty.
