"Half a bowl" of Butter ??
In this recipe for Chicken Makanwalla, the recipe says "Half a BOWL of butter, and half a BOWL of fresh cream.
How much is Half A Bowl ?? I've never heard of this before. http://www.freeindianrecipes.com/chi...khan-wala.html |

Looks like you only need enough butter to fry the onions.
The cream is added at the end so add enough until it looks the right colour and/or tastes creamy enough. |
