Predict when and the order which the Carters will leave EE.
I think,
Mick, Stan (2015), Nancy (2015), Linda (2016), Johnny (2017), Shirley (2019). |

Stan first and then Johnny or Lee after I reckon.
Remember when the Slaters dropped off one by one and now we've only Kat. Always happens with the big families. |

I don't think Shirley will stick around that long if Mick's gone next year.

The problem with the Carters is they cast too many high profile actors playing significant roles. So the chances of longevity are very slim.

But they're only just warming up!
They won't go anywhere for a good while yet! |

Sadly Stan will die before the end of 2015 I'd say which is why I cherish each and every episode he's in but I'm not sure about the others. Danny Dyer seems committed to Eastenders and I'm beginning to believe him while Johnny, Nancy and Linda are all characters I could see being long term additions in the show. Tina and Babe are the only two I can see leaving through an axing in the immediate future, maybe I'm just saying that because they're the only two I'm not particularly wild on so far though.

The actor who plays Lee has just bagged himself a film role so i think he'll be first to leave.

Have a feeling sam strike (johnny) will go early. Can see him getting somewhere.
Stan- 2015 Johnny- 2015 Lee-2016 (return 2018, leave again 2019) Nancy- 2018 Mick and Tina- 2019 Shirley- can imagine by this time she will have cemented her status as the next Pat Evans/ Peggy Mitchell, and will be Queen of the Vic alongside Phil. Can see her staying for a good while. |

I think they've been very clever with having Lee in the army. It means that for the forseeable future they could have him as a recurring character, so the actor could easily do other roles. Although, I think having him recurring and making an impact on his returns could work if a permanent stint was somewhere in the future.

Lee was meant to be a heart throb but I don't find him attractive at all- Dean on the other hand.

I think Stan will be first to leave, I love stan though and hope to see a bit more of his nasty streak like in the first ep. You can already see that he is controlling Dean and the rest of the Carters.
Unless Danny leaves or they do an 'affair story', I can't see Linda (Kellie) leaving without him. Dean will probably stay a few years but I can't see him long term. Lee will remain recurring, I'd imagine. I can see Tina and Tosh leaving within a year or so also. Mick is a tough one, I know Danny says he wants to commit but I'm not 100% how long that will be for. Hopefully for quite some time. Shirley, I think she will stay quite a few more years and be moulded into a Pat figure, well I hope so anyway, I like her having a family. Nancy/Johnny/Aunt Babe, I'm not sure on those, I hope Aunt Babe stays for a long time yet though. The Carters have so much potential so I think they will all be around a while yet!

I think Stan will go relatively soon, definitely by the end of next year.
Mick, it depends on how flexible they are with Danny Dyer's contract. If they do let him go off for breaks to do films then I think he'll stick around, but the problem is that Mick's character is such a family man that will become increasingly difficult to justify any long term absences. I honestly don't know with him. I think there are some immediate plans for Lee which may not see him last much longer than the year. Johnny probably won't last much longer than a few years as Sam Strike seems to be pretty ambitious and I could see him wanting to get into films. Linda and Nancy probably have the longest term potential. Tina as well will probably stick around but eventually become more of a background character. Shirley is a bit of a weird one as Linda Henry has been loyal to EE despite being underused in the past so I'm inclined to think she's in it for the long run, but at the same time she may decide to try something else. |

I really hope that Linda goes first, I can't stand the hammy acting and face pulling that she does. She really puts me off the whole family and I cringe when she comes on screen. Unfortunately I don't think that programme makers will be banging her door down with offers so I guess we'll be stuck with her.

I think Stan will leave first, not only cause of his age, but also his wife Prunella Scales, who older users will remember from Fawlty Towers have Alzhelmers.
Lee Tina Dean With Mick and Linda it's a hard one, as I feel if Mick leaves then Linda will leave, unless Linda has a relationship, which would give her a reason to stay. Nancy Shirley like others have said she will get together with Phil, once Sharon leaves, and will run the pub, I think Shirley and Phil will get back together anyway |

Stan and Lee I reckon.
I think Danny Dyer is very underestimated. I wouldn't be surprised if he is with the show for at least a decade. Kellie Bright has waited almost 16 years for an EE role so she will not be leaving after a short stay either. She said herself the role of Linda was what she was meant to do. So I think that means she has zero plans of walking away anytime soon. |
