Upgrade from Orange to EE
Hi,
Back in mid March this year I upgraded to an Iphone 5s and signed a new contract with EE on 4G moving from Orange. Thing is it never happened a couple of weeks a go i lost signal on my phone, I called Orange who said I was migrating over to EE which took two weeks with all sorts of problems, then finally I was migrated back to Orange which is who I am with now. EE says I have no contract with them and Orange are offering me another upgrade (another Iphone 5S).My direct debit payments are taken by Orange and I am still on 3G. Havent got a clue what has happened and no one else seems to know either. Should I accept the new phone? |

Sounds like a sales team is unaware you have a contract so is possible you will concurrently run 2 contracts.
I'm still getting actual EE texts about my t-mobile contract when I'm now not on t-mobile or EE! |

Don't take a new phone as you might end up with two contacts. If necessary phone during office hours and speak to billing instead of customer services. (ask to be put through). |
