For me Bionic hands down. The Fame overall was never that strong an album and has aged terribly and sounds awful production wise with very few songs standing up.
Bionic on the other hand has much more variation and deviation into interesting territories. Some experiments pay off others do not. But unlike The Fame over time it reveals itself more and continues to grow. It is a real shame the album never got the opportunity it deserved.
