I'm sure Sinead will suspect Finn battered Blessing and I'm glad Sinead is showing spunk and trying to make sure people know what Finn is really like. She may not know about JP rape but at least she knows Finn is a creep.

The film isn't proof that Finn attacked Blessing nor is possession of the film on his laptop proof that he was the one who filmed the attack. Diane wont want to believe that Finn is capable of these crimes (what parent would?), so all he needs to do is come up with a plausible reason for having the film and she will believe him. If Blessing doesn't name him then there is no evidence against him either

I'm sure in the video she was asking him to stop and mentioned his name...

I hope Diane doesn't cover up for Finn or delete that video of Blessing's attack either, if Diane does this like she tryed to cover up Sinead bullying Esther then shes crazy to protect a violent rapist and it will blow up in her face again once the truth comes out. Sinead won't be fooled by Finn and will keep trying to get people to see there's something very disturbing abour her brother Finn.

Finn is longer the good Finn she knows, hes changed and become a dangerous person done some very bad crimes. if Diane does defend Finn then he'll just contuire doing bad things, he'll never stop because he enjoys making people suffer. Tony meant what he said he would like to get the person who attacked Blessing and seeing them in jail. Tony will be shocked to learn it was Finn and theres no way he would defend Finn, Tony's a good man and wouldn't want Finn around him, Diane or the babies because Finn's a dangerous person.

None of the O'Conner's realise yet just how dangerous Finn is. Obviously, it will be a shock to them that he beat up Blessing, but they may excuse it as a one off, when they discover that Finn kissed Blessing & beat her after discovering she was born a man & freaked out due to it. I think it is easier for Tony at present to condemn the attack & say the person should be in jail while he is not personally affected by it. It will be a different & a more difficult matter when he realises it was Finn. I imagine he will feel divided on what the right course of action is & will probably in the end go along with whatever Diane wants & may think the best way is to deal with it privately. He may agree with Diane that Finn remains at home & is watched & grounded & should no longer work in his establishment as Blessing works there as well.

One thing for sure about Finn he doesn't take orders from anyone, he does what he wants and looks foward to doing it again. Diane dealing with things privately with no police involved about Finn's true self being locked away at home watced 247 under lock and key being watched and grounded is allot for them to handle. Sinead played a dangerous game setting Blessing up with Finn and poor Blessing gets hurt by Finn's hands all duo to Sineads mad revenge.

I have a theory about this. First let's take what we know;

JP, Robbie and the viewers know Finn raped JP but nobody else does.
Phoebe and the viewers know Finn drugged Patrick but nobody else does, though Robbie had his suspicions at the time and has probably guessed he did do it.
JP, Freddie and Robbie know Finn attacked Nana McQueen but nobody else does.

This means that as far as Sonny and Finn's family are concerned, the attack on Blessing is a first time offence, and they may assume it was triggered by the violent content Finn watched on his laptop, though we know that he started watching that after the rape. First time offenders (though we know Finn isn't one) can sometimes get away with a warning/severe reprimand/slap on the wrist - add that to Blessing refusing to press charges due to not wanting to expose her transgender secret and this will explain why Finn is not arrested (if indeed he isn't).

Tony and Diane will probably confiscate Finn's laptop and only have him use school network (which is monitored anyway) - I can see them grounding him and Tony asking Sinead to help out in the restaurant instead. That's probably as far as they'll go at this point given what they know.

Diane didn't see it though did she. She was about to look, then closed it again.

In tonight's episode Sinead hacks into Finn's laptop and shows Diane what he has on it.
