This. i found it funny, but the David and Carol scene was so touching that i kind of feel they didn't need to have the Liam bit in. It just worked well with Bianca crying.

She has been brought up by Whitney from the age of about 10 - if not earlier so a lot of her attitudes are down to Bianca. Nurture, not just Nature. Bianca considers her to be one of her kids so why shouldn't we?

Wow. Just wow. Since when did being an adult stop them from being someone's kids? Mine are in their twenties, they might be adults but they're still my kids!!!
Whitney's mother was a waste of space, Bianca took her on and has been her 'mother' since she took up with Whitney's father. When he died she kept her (perhaps no one else stepped up to the plate?) and has brought her up and loved her like a mother, like one of her own in fact. If that doesn't make her Whitney's 'mother' I don't know what the hell does. I'm not Bianca's biggest fan by any stretch of the imagination but in this instance if asked Bianca will say Whitney's one of hers and at the very least Whitney would say she's her mother-figure, probably more. Not everything comes down to genetics and who comes from what womb - thank God! Therefore as Bianca is her 'mother' she'll have picked up a lot of B's attitudes and thought processes (and latterly Carol's) so should rightly be included along with Carol, Bianca, Sonia, Rebecca, Tiffany etc IMO.

I'm sure this weeks episodes referenced Morgan chicken nugget routine, one when Bianca Jackson was talking about the kids and 2 when Morgan screamed "nuggets"... I did think... GROW THE F... HELL UP! He needs to grow up considering the life experiences he has been through via his family over the years.
Whitney Dean and her damaged good routine (fella after fella) is tedious. I would like her and Liam to share more scenes now he is older. But please don't let Whitney seduce him when he becomes an adult.
Tiffany Butcher as someone said, she no longer is cute just like Chesney Brown off Corrie stopped being cute. She has always been like Simon Barlow, rude with obnoxious parents to back them up. I'm glad Rebecca Fowler gave her what for. She is a least a normal mental age. I loved when Janine Butcher refused to give her a present after she was rude and the rest got stuff. If you all remember Janine was then forced to give the brat something. Amelia Spencer is quickly losing her cute factor to from Emmerdale.
Liam Butcher I really like! I wish he wasn't dumbed down so much though. I hope he starts to get stories and a girlfriend. Very handsome young man! The gangster didn't do it for me though.

I agree. The kids of today (how old do I feel saying that!) have no appreciation of any music other than what is current. They are missing out on so much but know no better. I have been an Elvis fan since I was 8 years old and I listen to his music (and also Country Music, which I love) in the car so my kids are exposed to it whether they like it or not. They complain about it but every so often I see them singing along to a tune unknownst to themselves. It makes me laugh.
In fairness I do listen to some of the stuff they like too, to even things up.
