Does anyone know if there is any software I can download to USB to provide visualizations on my smart TV. I have 1000s of tracks on USB which I can play through the TV but would like to include visuals such as g-force etc without having to connect my PC.
Any help would be appreciated.

Most probably any software you put on the USB stick will be completely and totally ignored by the TV. It's not a computer so you can't just chuck any old stuff at it and expect it to work. If the TV manufacturer makes an app for a Smart TV that does the job then you might be able to make use of that.

The only way you could do it I suspect is to convert all the audio files into video files with the visualisations as the video track and the music as the sound track. That of course would take a lot of effort if you have hundreds of tracks you want to use. Not to mention the video files will take up much more room on the drive.

Thanks for the reply.I don't think I explained it properly and,in fact,am probably in the wrong section. What I want is software(preferably free) that will enable me to create a psychedelic video that I can then download to my music USB to run on a loop together with the music.

I presume by that you mean two separate files running at the same time? One the video and one the music.

I seriously doubt that would work either. I have yet to see a "smart" TV that is clever enough to play two things at the same time. You could either watch the video or listen to the music but I would be very surprised indeed if you found a telly that could do both at the same time. The only way I can see you getting visuals and sound at the same time is if both are combined into one file.

I think you are under estimating just how dumb a so called Smart TV really is.

I have a LG LN613V. which plays my video and/or photo files with music files playing at the same time,so I assume it will do the same with any video file in the right format.
